Complete and return by mail or fax our New Client Information Packet. For your convenience we are happy to help you complete your new client information packet by telephone.

Once we receive, review and approve your New Client Information packet we will promptly submit it with our application to Social Security requesting to be selected as your payee. We will contact you when this is done so you can follow up with Social Security to confirm choosing our services and sign any required forms.

Once we verify your benefits have been received by our office we will contact you to confirm your information, review your budget and answer any questions you may have. Your personal spending will be released and bills received will be paid by our office according to your personalized budget.
